Communication and Soft Skills classes are given a lot of importance at PITM. It focuses on communicative English, Presentation Skills. Etc. The aim is to enable the student to present himself / herself better in front of the prospective employer. |

PITM has a firm belief in ‘Access to Excellence’. Excellent teachers to boast of, adequate facilities with all modern equipments, more than an adequate library with 55 years of tradition, a great environment inclined to learning; to sum it up, a place for all round development. Our teachers are dedicated to see that our students reach their full potential.
The computer lab is well equipped with all facilities. The lab is networked via a LAN which connects all the workstations, desktops, printers, scanners, etc. Broadband internet access is given at all times.
Students get unlimited access to the lab facilities. |

PITM offers career counseling to all the students to help them understand themselves, identifying a career where they would be best suited. The programme also identifies the steps to be taken by the students to excel in their chosen fields. The objectives of the career counseling programme are:-
- Enhancing the overall performance of the individual, not just the academics.
- Honing the skills of students in making the right choices in their professional careers.
PITM Placement Cell trains the students outside the curriculum to maximize their potential and excel on all fronts.

Progress Report : |
Correspondence is made to the guardians of the students informing them about the performance and progress of the student. |

Scholarships : |
PITM has started the scholarship scheme from this year. Under this scheme, high performers are rewarded not just with awards or certificates, but also by refund of a part of the fee. Normally up to 30% of the fee will be refunded for scholarship holders. But, for University rank holders, the scholarship amount can be INCREASED. |

Internal Assessment : |
The students will have to appear for periodic tests and complete all Assignments/ Presentation given to them for the purpose of internal assessment. |
