PITM Placement Cell acts as an interface between the students an the industry. The cell invites companies to come to the campus for recruitment, sends students to different companies for interviews, conducts training sessions and provides proper councelling to the students.
We have achieved the perfect record of "100% Placements", from the first year itself

| PITM Placement Cell has taken several inititatives to help it achieve this target of 100% Placements. The Cell provides industry oriented training to the 2nd and 3rd year students. These courses include training on soft skills, mock interviews, seminars on latest industry developments and direct knowldge transfer from industry seniors to the students. Video recording of the interviews are used to help students improve on each performance and help them make 'interview ready'. |

| PITM offers career counseling to all the students to help them understand themselves, identifying a career where they would be best suited. The programme also identifies the steps to be taken by the students to excel in their chosen fields. The objectives of the career counseling programme are:- |
